Because my business name (Aragon Gray Pty Ltd) is at the front of the phone book I've been called by quite a few companies recently asking me about whether I have debtors that need to be collected. Fortunately I pick up 50% up front (sometimes 100%) and my major clients are mostly larger businesses so cash flow isn't an issue. But perhaps that's not the case for you. I'd agree with him, and I'd encourage you to get as much as you can up front - it changed my life!
